Delivery times before Christmas

We will ship your order no later than the next working day so that it arrives as quickly as possible. However, we have no influence on DHL's delivery times. Especially before Christmas, the volume of parcels is particularly high, which can sometimes lead to longer delivery times. It's best to order in good time so that your parcel arrives on time!

Dispatch conditions

Domestic delivery (Germany) and neighbouring countries: France, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Belgium .
 
Dispatch shall not be made to the following foreign islands: Corsica, Wallis, Futuna, New Caledonia, French Polynesia, Guadeloupe, Matiniques, French Guiana, Saint Pierre, Miquelon, Reunion Island

Dispatch costs (inclusive of legally applicable VAT)

Domestic deliveries (Germany): 

We charge a flat shipping fee of 2,80 € per order.
From an order value of 19,50 € onwards, we deliver shipments free of cost.

Deliveries to foreign countries:

We charge a flat shipping fee for international deliveries:
France: 5,55€
Netherlands: 5,55€
Luxemburg: 5,55€
Belgium: 5,55€                    

From an order value of 29,00 €, we deliver shipments to foreign countries free of cost.

Delivery of digital products:
Supply of download products: Online Workshops (digital content which is not supplied on a physical data carrier) do not incur shipping costs.

The customers get the access to our digital products   via a link and individual password shared through email.
This email is sent with the access data for the digital products within 24 hours after placing the order (in case an advance payment has been agreed upon, after the payment authorisation).

Delivery periods

Unless otherwise specified in the quote, domestic delivery of goods shall be made (Germany) within 1 - 3 days, for deliveries abroad within 3 - 5 days from conclusion of contract (if advance payment agreed from the date of the payment instruction).
Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and other holidays.
If you have ordered articles with different delivery dates, we send the articles together in one delivery if no other agreement has been made. The delivery date for the complete order will be the same as that of the article with the longest delivery time.
