The competition is carried out by Tombow Pen & Pencil GmbH, Waldecker Str. 10, D-64546 Mörfelden-Walldorf (hereinafter "Tombow").
1. Prize
There are a total of 3 sets to win: 1 TombowxCOLOP set and 2 Creative Journaling Kits (Pastel and Bright Colors). The sets cannot be exchanged for other products or exchanged for cash.
All prizes will be sent to the winners within two weeks of contact.
2. Eligibility
All natural persons residing in Germany, France & BeNeLux who are at least 16 years old, who have provided the required information correctly and who have accepted these terms and conditions are eligible to participate. Employees of Tombow Pen & Pencil GmbH as well as their relatives and all persons involved in the conception and implementation of the competition are excluded from participation. Participation via raffle clubs, automated entries via raffle robots as well as deliberate false entries and entries with so-called "throwaway e-mail addresses" are not permitted and will result in exclusion.
3. Period of the competition
The period of the competition begins on Friday 06.10.2023 at 12:00 p.m. and ends on Saturday 04.11.2023 at 23:59 p.m. Only entries published within the participation period will be considered for the prize determination.
4. How can I participate?
In order to participate in the competition, two Bullet Journaling pages must be created and published on your own Instagram account under #TombowxCOLOP as a feed post. Furthermore, the Tombow Instagram account must be followed and the giveaway post must be liked.
5. Winning draw and notification
The winners will be selected at random from all valid entries and notified by 08.11.2023. The winners will be notified via an Instagram direct message of the respective Tombow account (@Tombow.deutschland, @Tombow.benelux, @Tombow.france), in which the winner is requested to provide the full name and postal address for the prize shipment via private message. In the event that the winner does not contact Tombow within 7 days, the prize will be forfeited and the winner will not be entitled to receive the prize.
6. Prize transmission
The prizes will be sent to the winners by mail after prior notification of the address. The participant is responsible for the accuracy of the contact details provided. In the event that the prize cannot be delivered, no further inquiries will be made regarding the participant. With the dispatch of the prize, the risk of deterioration and accidental loss passes to the winner.
7. Social media - Instagram/Facebook
In addition to these conditions of participation, the relationship between the organizer, the participant and Facebook or Instagram (operator: Facebook Ireland Limited, 4 Grand Canal Square, Dublin 2, Ireland) is determined by the conditions of participation of Facebook or Instagram.
Participants may not assert any claims against Facebook or Instagram in connection with participation in the competition.
Participants acknowledge that the competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or organized by, or associated with, Facebook or Instagram. All inquiries and notices regarding the competition should be directed to the Promoter and not to Facebook or Instagram.
8. Legal & Data Protection
Participation in the competition is free of charge and is also not tied to any other services provided by the participants. Payment of non-cash prizes in cash is not possible, nor is the transfer of the prize. Legal recourse is excluded. The sole applicable law is the law of the Federal Republic of Germany. The invalidity of individual provisions of the conditions of participation shall not affect the validity of the remaining conditions.
The information on data protection is part of these conditions of participation and is also acknowledged by the participants (https://www.tomboweurope.com/datenschutz). In case of a win, the winner agrees to the publication of his/her name and post on our Instagram or Facebook page.
We will only use the contact data provided for the purpose of sending the prize for the purpose of carrying out this competition. We do not transmit the data to third parties. The data will be deleted after completion of the promotion.
Tombow reserves the right to modify, cancel or terminate the Contest at any time without notice due to unforeseen circumstances, without giving rise to any claim by the entrant against the Promoter. We reserve the right to exclude an entrant from the competition, in particular if the entrant provides false information, manipulates the information in any other way or uses unauthorized aids.
